They wont let me cancel my subscription

I signed up for Sun+, didnt like what the app offered and tried to cancel my subscription. There is no easy way to cancel. You click the link on the FAQ to cancel and that page is broken. So I emailed and they made me talk to a rep via an online chat box circa 1998. I was then told I couldnt cancel because it was within 24 hrs of signing up. Terrible. Sort it out.
